Carlos Álvarez participates in the Scientific Committee of the Spanish Society of Nutrition National Conference

ARAID researcher Carlos Álvarez García participated in the 35th National Conference of the Spanish Society of Nutrition, held from 24 to 26 June 2026 in Valladolid, where he was part of the Scientific Committee.

Within the conference, Carlos Álvarez served as a member of the Scientific Committee, contributing to the definition of the scientific programme and the review of abstracts submitted in his area of expertise. This process is essential to ensure the quality and academic rigour of the programme, selecting the most relevant contributions to advance knowledge in nutrition.

During the event, he also acted as a scientific advisor, taking part in the evaluation of posters and oral presentations presented by researchers and professionals in the field. This type of involvement supports scientific discussion and the dissemination of new research approaches and findings.

The Spanish Society of Nutrition National Conference provides a key platform for knowledge exchange among specialists, researchers and students, fostering collective reflection on current challenges in nutrition and health.
