High purityTeO2 crystalsareproducedtobeusedforthesearchfortheneutrinolessdoublebetadecay
of 130Te. Dedicatedproductionlinesforrawmaterialsynthesis,crystalgrowth,andsurfaceprocessing
were builtcompliantwithradio-purityconstraintsspecifictorareeventphysicsexperiments.High
sensitivitymeasurementsofradio-isotopeconcentrationsinrawmaterials,reactants,consumables,
ancillaries,andintermediaryproductsusedforTeO2 crystalsproductionarereported.Indicationsare
given onthecrystalsperfectionandhowitisachievedandmaintainedinalargescaleproduction
process. Productionandcertificationprotocolsarepresentedandresultingready-to-useTeO2 crystals
are described.
